After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Colfax, Pleasant Valley was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Shasta Wolves by a score of 3-1. The Vikings better thank their lucky stars for the performance of Madeleine Barteau, as she scored every single goal for her team.

Pleasant Valley now has a winning record of 6-5-2. As for Shasta, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4-1.

Pleasant Valley will head out on the road to challenge Enterprise at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The timing is sure in Enterprise's favor as the squad sits on five straight wins at home while Pleasant Valley has been banged up by five consecutive losses on the road. As for Shasta, they will host Foothill at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Foothill has yet to allow a single goal through 12 matches this season, a streak Shasta will look to end.
