Basketball Game Preview: Katella Knights vs. Norco Cougars

The Katella Knights will head out on the road to square off against the Norco Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Katella is headed into the game having just suffered their biggest defeat since January 16th on Tuesday. They lost 60-40 to Corona. While losing is never fun, the Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 413th, while the Panthers are ranked 119th).

Meanwhile, Norco played a tough match on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against Palm Springs, falling 40-16. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Katella now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Norco, their loss dropped their record down to 2-8.
