Volleyball Recap: Marvin Ridge Extends Winning Streak to Three

Marvin Ridge entered their tilt with Dorman on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Cavaliers.

Natalie Unkrich paced Marvin Ridge's offense, picking up 14 kills. Unkrich got some help from Jillian Young and her 35 assists.

Marvin Ridge's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Dorman, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Coincidentally, Marvin Ridge and Dorman will both be playing Mountain View Prep the next time they take the court. The Cavaliers will head out to face the Stars at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, while the Mavericks will play them later in the day, at 12:30 p.m.
