Softball Game Preview: Terrell Academy Eagles vs. Brookwood Warriors

Terrell Academy is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Citizens Christian Academy just ended the team's seven-game winning streak on Monday. They lost 10-2 to the Patriots. Having soared to a lofty 17 runs in the game before, the Eagles couldn't push the score so high this time.

Tiftarea Academy hit Brookwood with a five-run second inning on Tuesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Warriors came up short against the Panthers, falling 11-1. The Warriors haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Terrell Academy's loss dropped their record down to 15-6. As for Brookwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-12.

Everything went Terrell Academy's way against Brookwood in their previous meeting two weeks ago, as Terrell Academy made off with an 18-1 victory.
