Soccer Game Preview: Mainland vs. Seabreeze

Mainland is 0-10 against Seabreeze since November of 2015 but things could change on Thursday. The Buccaneers will challenge the Sandcrabs at 6:00 p.m. Mainland has given up an average of 4.8 goals per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Mainland fell victim to University and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They lost 5-0 to the Titans.

Meanwhile, Seabreeze's game on Tuesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of Matanzas by a score of 2-1. Seabreeze have struggled against Matanzas recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Mainland's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Seabreeze, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4-3.

Mainland suffered a grim 7-2 defeat to Seabreeze when the teams last played back in November of 2024. Can the Buccaneers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
