Softball Recap: Middle Park Takes a Loss

Middle Park fell victim to Englewood and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 15-0 to the Pirates. Panthers fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Pirates since Thursday.

Middle Park's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Englewood, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Middle Park will venture away from home to take on Moffat County at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Panthers are facing the Bulldogs at the right time seeing as the Bulldogs are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Englewood, they are taking a road trip to face off against Mullen at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
