Baseball Preview: Chamblee Bulldogs vs. M.L. King Lions

Chamblee is 9-0 against M.L. King since February of 2018, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The Chamblee Bulldogs will head out on the road to take on the M.L. On Monday, Chamblee was able to grind out a solid victory over M.L. King, taking the game 7-2. The win was just what Chamblee needed coming off of a 10-3 loss in their prior contest.

James Morton tossed a big game, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits over five innings pitched.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Travis Sun, who went 3-for-3 with a double and an RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Cooper Lewis, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI.

Chamblee has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 13-10 record this season. As for M.L. King, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-4.
