Basketball Recap: Derry Victorious

Derry won the last time they faced Valley and things went their way on Monday too. The Derry Trojans came out on top against the Valley Vikings by a score of 36-27.

The victory got Derry back to even at 3-3. As for Valley, their defeat was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-3.

Derry and Yough will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Valley, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Freeport at 7:00 p.m. on January 2, 2025.
