Baseball Recap: Rock Falls Takes a Loss

Rock Falls lost to Sterling back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Rockets lost 20-4 to the Golden Warriors.

Rock Falls has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-10 record this season. As for Sterling, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-15.

Rock Falls didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 11-1 loss against Rockridge on the 9th. As for Sterling, they will host Galesburg at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
