Westminster Christian Academy unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They fell 9-4 to the Berrien Rebels on Friday.

Berrien pushed their record up to 5-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Westminster Christian Academy didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, an 8-3 victory against Wilcox County on the 16th. As for Berrien, they have also already played their next game, a 7-3 loss against Jones County on the 15th.
