It was a good run, but Classen SAS unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Monday. They fell 10-7 to the Putnam City Pirates.

Classen SAS saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ashlynn Vence, who went 1-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Classen SAS' loss dropped their record down to 16-12-1. As for Putnam City, their win bumped their record up to 6-26.

Looking ahead, Classen SAS will welcome Capitol Hill at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Putnam City has already played their next contest (against Muskogee), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
