It was a good run, but Cook unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Tuesday. They lost 10-0 to the Pierce County Bears. The shutout was out of character for the Hornets seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in February.

Cook's loss dropped their record down to 15-6. As for Pierce County, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season.

While Cook had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
