Baseball Recap: Brunswick Comes Up Short

Brunswick was the 10-1 winner over North Ridgeville when they last played one another back in April of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Blue Devils fell 6-1 to the Rangers on Friday.

Brunswick saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jakob Miller, who went 1-for-3 with one run.

Brunswick has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-13 record this season. As for North Ridgeville, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 12-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brunswick will face off against Columbia at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Ridgeville, they will square off against Nordonia at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
