It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Truckee can now relate to. They came up short against the South Tahoe Vikings on Saturday, falling 5-0. Considering the last time the Wolverines couldn't score was back in August, the team can't take the result too hard.
Truckee's loss dropped their record down to 22-5-1. As for South Tahoe, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 16 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 19-2-2 record this season.
