Soccer Recap: Serrano Comes Up Short

Serrano was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 4-0 to the Rialto Knights.

Serrano's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Rialto, their victory bumped their record up to 2-6-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Serrano will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Citrus Valley at 1:00 p.m. on January 2, 2026. Rialto and Rubidoux will round out the year against one another at 3:45 p.m. on the 30th. Rialto will be up against Rubidoux's rather soft defense (which has allowed 5.5 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
