It was a good run, but Scottsbluff unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They lost 17-4 to the Blair Bears.

Scottsbluff saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Loural McCoy, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Scottsbluff's defeat dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Blair, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 20-6.

Scottsbluff has already played their next contest, an 8-6 win against Lincoln Southeast on the 27th. As for Blair, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, an 18-7 victory against Lincoln North Star on the 27th.
