Soccer Game Preview: Escondido Charter vs. Ramona

The Escondido Charter Tigers will challenge the Ramona Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Escondido Charter's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Friday just wasn't the day for Escondido Charter's offense. They fell just short of Classical Academy by a score of 1-0 last Friday. That's two games in a row now that the Tigers have lost by just one goal.

Meanwhile, Ramona kept a clean sheet against Mount Miguel last Friday. They skirted past the Matadors 1-0. That's two games straight that the Bulldogs have won by just one goal.

The win got Ramona back to even at 4-4-1. As for Escondido Charter, they now have a losing record at 4-5-1.
