Basketball Recap: Seven Straight Home Wins for Mount Calvary Christian

Mount Calvary Christian extended their home winning streak to seven games thanks to a huge performance from Kylie Masters. The Mount Calvary Christian Chargers really took it to Harrisburg Christian for the full four quarters, racking up a 60-27 win thanks in part to Masters, who almost dropped a double-double on 26 points and nine steals. That makes it ten consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Mount Calvary Christian's points.

Kathleen Smucker was another key player, putting up two points and 15 rebounds. She is on a roll when it comes to boards, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last seven games she's played.

Mount Calvary Christian's record now sits at 16-2. As for Harrisburg Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 5-9.

Mount Calvary Christian won't have much time to rest: their next match is against West Shore Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Harrisburg Christian, they will also get right back to it: they'll challenge New Covenant Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. New Covenant Christian will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Harrisburg Christian surely won't give up without a fight.
