Benyo came up big in Hazleton Area's 71-55 victory
Sophia Benyo produced her most outstanding game to date while leading Hazleton Area to the win on Monday. Benyo was dialed in and dropped a double-double on ten points and 14 rebounds. Considering what she did the last time these two duked it out (she scored six points along with eight rebounds and two steals), Berwick should've known better.
Benyo and Hazleton Area will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Pittston at 7:15 p.m. Thanks in part to Benyo's efforts, Hazleton Area will roll in on a 13-game winning streak.
