Soccer Recap: KIPP Esperanza Takes a Loss

KIPP Esperanza managed to keep up with Design Tech until halftime on Monday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The KIPP Esperanza Eagles lost 7-0 to the Design Tech Dragons. If the Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 4-0 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

KIPP Esperanza dropped their record down to 1-6 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Design Tech, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. KIPP Esperanza will face off against East Palo Alto Academy at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Design Tech, they will take on KIPP Esperanza at 5:45 p.m. on Friday.
