Saint Joseph has gone 6-0 against Paraclete recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Saint Joseph Jesters will be playing at home against the Paraclete Spirits at 3:15 p.m. Saint Joseph is coming into the game hot, having won their last five games.

Saint Joseph's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over St. Genevieve. Give the Jesters' defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Meanwhile, Paraclete's game on Thursday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They skirted past La Salle 1-0. Given the Spirits' advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 162nd, while the Lancers are ranked 406th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Paraclete's one-goal win came courtesy of Camryn Freeman, who's now up to 22 this season.

Saint Joseph is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-1-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those nine games. As for Paraclete, their win bumped their record up to 13-4-2.

Saint Joseph came out on top in a nail-biter against Paraclete in their previous matchup back in January, sneaking past 1-0. Will Saint Joseph repeat their success, or does Paraclete have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
