Soccer Game Preview: Central vs. Harris County

Central is preparing for their first region matchup of the season on Tuesday. A feisty cat fight will be fought as the Central duke it out with the Harris County at 7:30 p.m. Central is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak.

On Saturday, Central came up short against Troup County and fell 3-1.

Meanwhile, while the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was Columbus who was credited with the win on Friday. Columbus got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to Harris County's two. The defeat continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Blue Devils: they've now lost six in a row.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Harris County, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Central came up short against Harris County when the teams last played back in February of 2017, falling 2-0. Can Central avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
