Ripon has gone 8-2 against Tokay recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. Both will round out the year against one another at at 4:30 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 489th, while the Lions are ranked 1134th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Tokay pushed their record up to 8-4 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 24.3 points per game. As for Ripon, their record now sits at 4-7.
