Soccer Recap: Union Mine Comes Up Short

Union Mine lost against Rosemont back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Union Mine Diamondbacks took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rosemont Wolverines.

Union Mine's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2-2. As for Rosemont, they pushed their record up to 7-4-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Union Mine will welcome Amador at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Union Mine's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end. As for Rosemont, they will challenge Liberty Ranch at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Liberty Ranch will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Rosemont surely won't give up without a fight.
