Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lambert). They had just enough and edged out the South Forsyth War Eagles 14-13. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Longhorns have posted since February 21st.

Lambert is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-11 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. South Forsyth's defeat dropped their record down to 11-7.
