Soccer Recap: Calvary Christian Comes Up Short

Calvary Christian was the 7-1 winner over Strong Rock Christian when they last played one another back in April, but their luck changed this time around. The Knights fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 2-1 on Thursday. Calvary Christian have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Tye Orr, who's now up to five this season.

Calvary Christian's loss dropped their record down to 8-6-1. As for Strong Rock Christian, their win bumped their record up to 10-5.

Calvary Christian wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 7-0 victory against Mount de Sales Academy on the 10th. As for Strong Rock Christian, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Riverside Military Academy on the 9th.
