Basketball Recap: Manual Arts Has No Trouble Against West Adams

Manual Arts hadn't done well against West Adams recently (they were 0-8 in their previous eight matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Manual Arts Toilers took down the West Adams Panthers 45-27. 45 seems to be a good number for the Toilers as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of points in their previous game.

Several Panthers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Zolah Mcdonald, who posted 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ashley Lopez-Merida, who put up eight points.

The win made it two in a row for Manual Arts and bumps their season record up to 4-5. As for West Adams, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.

As for West Adams, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 29-11 victory against Los Angeles on the 31st.
