Torres had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.7 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They breezed by the Dos Palos Broncos to the tune of 60-17. The Toros have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 21 points or more this season.

Dos Palos' loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Athena Correa, who posted six points, and Brionte Neal, who earned five points.

Torres' victory bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Dos Palos, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-6.

Torres will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against McLane at 6:30 p.m. on December 27th. Torres has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
