Baseball Recap: Coventry Takes a Loss

Coventry lost to South Kingstown back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Oakers took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rebels. The Oakers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Coventry saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Griffin Frenze, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Coventry's loss dropped their record down to 3-16. As for South Kingstown, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.

Coventry didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 5-4 defeat against Barrington on the 20th. South Kingstown does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
