Madison Highland Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 19th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 40-19 to the Highland Prep West HORNETS. On the bright side, the 19- run effort marked the Heat's highest-scoring contest to date.

Madison Highland Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Highland Prep West, they moved to 3-11 with that win, which also ended their six-game losing streak.

Coincidentally, Madison Highland Prep and Highland Prep West will both be playing Fountain Hills the next time they take the field. The Heat will head out to face the Falcons at 3:45 p.m. on Monday, while the HORNETS will host them at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.
