Soccer Recap: Brantley County Comes Up Short

Brantley County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Claxton Tigers, falling 6-0. The Herons were not able to make up for their loss to the Tigers from their previous meeting back in March of 2019.

Brantley County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Claxton, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Brantley County will take on Effingham County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Claxton, they will venture away from home to challenge Savannah Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
