South Paulding extended their postseason success on Tuesday against McIntosh. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Chiefs an 8-0 shutout. Considering the Spartans have won nine games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory made it two in a row for South Paulding and bumps their season record up to 14-12. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 7 runs in those games. As for McIntosh, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-15 record this season.

As of now, neither South Paulding nor McIntosh have any future games scheduled.
