Baseball Recap: Springfield Southeast Takes a Loss

Springfield Southeast was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 10-0 to the Granite City Warriors, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.

Springfield Southeast's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Granite City, the win got them back to even at 10-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Springfield Southeast will host Pawnee at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Granite City, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Cahokia at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
