The Mount Paran Christian Eagles are headed away from home for the first time to face off against the Marietta Blue Devils at 5:55 p.m. on Tuesday. Marietta took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Mount Paran Christian, who comes in off a win.

Mount Paran Christian is headed out to face Marietta after opening their season at home and giving their fans just what they were looking for. The Eagles had just enough and edged out Creekview 3-1.

EVAN Litschke looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched.

On the hitting side, Mount Paran Christian saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was ANDREW AKOPOV, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Meanwhile, Marietta came up short against Creekview on Thursday and fell 6-1. That's two games in a row now that the Blue Devils have lost by exactly five runs.

Mount Paran Christian got the 'W' when the teams last played back in February of 2025 against Marietta by a conclusive 8-2 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
