Basketball Recap: Donegal Comes Up Short

Donegal was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 41-29 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eastern Lebanon County Raiders. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Indians of the 56-24 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.

Donegal's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Eastern Lebanon County, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Donegal will take on Northern Lebanon in a holiday battle at 7:30 p.m. on Monday at. Northern Lebanon will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Donegal surely won't give up without a fight. As for Eastern Lebanon County, they will be home for the holidays to greet Lampeter-Strasburg at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
