Basketball Recap: The City School Wins Going Away Against Kohelet Yeshiva

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only The City School walked away with it. They were the clear victor by a 52-32 margin over Kohelet Yeshiva on Monday. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 41-32 two weeks ago.

Despite the loss, Kohelet Yeshiva still got an impressive performance from Meytal Benjamini, who posted 17 points. The dominant performance gave Benjamini a new career-high in points.

The City School's victory bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Kohelet Yeshiva, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-14.

The City School does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Kohelet Yeshiva, they will challenge Barrack Hebrew Academy at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday. Kohelet Yeshiva is facing Barrack Hebrew Academy at the right time seeing as Barrack Hebrew Academy is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
