Soccer Recap: Thomas County Central Takes a Loss

Thomas County Central came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 5-0 to the Lowndes Vikings. Thomas County Central were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Lowndes apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2022.

Thomas County Central's defeat dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Lowndes, their victory bumped their record up to 9-7.

Thomas County Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lowndes, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Colquitt County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
