Volleyball Recap: St. Francis Find Success

St. Francis won the last time they faced Rio Americano and things went their way on Saturday too. The Troubadours walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Raiders. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Troubadours.

Hailey Sutton paced St. Francis' offense, picking up six kills. Sutton were helped by Katie Kramer and Hiedi Vu, who contributed nine assists each. Finally, Sophia Palmeri kept St. Francis' defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

St. Francis' win bumped their record up to 26-7. As for Rio Americano, their loss dropped their record down to 26-10.

St. Francis has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Whitney on the 13th. As for Rio Americano, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Bella Vista on the 13th.
