After failing to score in their last match, North Monterey County made sure to put some goals up on the board against Monte Vista Christian on Friday. Everything went their way against the Monte Vista Christian Mustangs as they made off with a 4-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Condors, who have now won nine games by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Monte Vista Christian with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Alexia Almanza, Anahi Flores, Isabela Valadez, and Soraya Ruiz.

The win made it two in a row for North Monterey County and bumps their season record up to 14-4. As for Monte Vista Christian, they dropped their record down to 6-10 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Coming up, North Monterey County will head out to square off against St. Francis at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Monte Vista Christian, they have already played their next contest, a 4-2 loss against Pacific Collegiate on the 15th.
