Pope came tearing into Thursday's match with 15 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Sprayberry Yellow Jackets as they made off with a 12-2 win. 12 seems to be a good number for the Greyhounds as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Pope pushed their record up to 22-3 with the win, which was their 20th straight at home dating back to last season.
