Franklin put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 14-6 win over the Owings Mills Golden Eagles.

Among those leading the charge was James Joseph, who rushed for 54 yards and two TDs.

Franklin's defense stepped up as well, laying out Anthony Bland Jr. six times. The heavy lifting was done by Ryan Hartman and Jaidon Williams, who racked up four sacks between them. Williams is also crushing it when it comes to total tackles: he's made at least five every time he's taken the field this season. Franklin got some further help from Chideziri Duru: he made ten total tackles and defended one pass in addition to snagging an interception.

Franklin's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Owings Mills, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Franklin has already played their next contest, a 21-0 win against Woodlawn on the 26th. As for Owings Mills, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 32-7 loss against New Town on the 26th.
