Softball Recap: Welch Comes Up Short

Welch was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Ketchum Warriors, falling 12-0. That's two games in a row now that the Wildcats have lost by exactly 12 runs.

Welch's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Ketchum, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Welch has already played their next game, a 16-0 defeat against Wyandotte on the 22nd. As for Ketchum, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 10-2 loss against Commerce on the 22nd.
