Basketball Recap: Springfield Township Takes a Loss

Springfield Township was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 38-29 hit to the loss column at the hands of Pope John Paul II. The match marked the Spartans' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Springfield Township's defeat dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Pope John Paul II, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Springfield Township nor Pope John Paul II have any future games scheduled.
