Soccer Recap: Deerfield-Windsor Takes a Loss

Deerfield-Windsor was the 3-0 winner over Sherwood Christian Academy when they last played one another back in March of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Deerfield-Windsor Knights lost 6-2 to the Sherwood Christian Academy Eagles on Tuesday. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Deerfield-Windsor's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Sherwood Christian Academy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

Looking ahead, Deerfield-Windsor will be playing in front of their home fans against John Milledge Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Deerfield-Windsor is facing John Milledge Academy at the right time seeing as John Milledge Academy is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Sherwood Christian Academy, they will venture away from home to face off against St. Teresa's Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
