Georgia Military College waltzed into their contest on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They were the clear victor by an 18-1 margin over Hancock Central. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 17-2 win last Tuesday.

Nate Webster made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he tossed two innings while giving up just one earned run but no hits. Webster was also stellar in the batter's box, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with one triple, two RBI, and one run. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March of 2024.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Landon Beckler, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. Morgan Thompson was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-2.
