Liberty came tearing into Friday's contest with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4 goals) and they left with even more momentum. They never let the Freedom Falcons onto the board and left with a 1-0 win. Nohealani Dillon had the honor of scoring the game-winner for the Lions.

Liberty pushed their record up to 9-2-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three games. As for Freedom, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 7-6-3 record.
