Baseball Recap: Jefferson County Takes a Loss

Jefferson County lost against Dublin on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Jefferson County Warriors lost 12-2 to the Dublin Fighting Irish. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jefferson County's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Dublin, they pushed their record up to 9-5 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

When Jefferson County and Dublin next hit the field, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Jefferson County will face off against Glascock County and their four-game winning streak at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Similarly, Dublin will try to stop Wilcox County's six-game winning streak when they meet at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
