Softball Recap: Waterloo East Takes a Loss

Waterloo East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 11-3 to the Waterloo West Wahawks. That's two games in a row now that the Trojans have lost by exactly eight runs.

Waterloo East's defeat dropped their record down to 2-17. As for Waterloo West, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-11.

Waterloo East didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, an 11-2 loss against Beckman on the 14th. As for Waterloo West, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 5-1 victory against Davenport West on the 14th.
