Soccer Game Preview: Davis Sr. vs. Folsom

The Davis Sr. Blue Devils will venture away from home to take on the Folsom Bulldogs at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Davis Sr.'s last five games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

If Folsom heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when Davis Sr. took over last week. Davis Sr. narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past St. Francis 3-2.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Folsom was not quite Oak Ridge's equal in the second half on Thursday. They fell just short of the Trojans by a score of 1-0. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Davis Sr.'s victory bumped their record up to 5-2-2. As for Folsom, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3-3.
