Arvin is 5-0 against Delano since December of 2014 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Arvin Bears will welcome the Delano Tigers at 6:00 p.m. Arvin's last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Arvin's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 victory over Taft.

Meanwhile, Delano's game on Monday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Kennedy 2-1.

Melissa Cabrera and Valeria Ortiz scored both of Delano's goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.

Arvin now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Delano, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Arvin was able to grind out a solid win over Delano when the teams last played back in December of 2023, winning 2-0. Will Arvin repeat their success, or does Delano have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
